feat: install the ponytail skill by default - #8

Adds dietrichgebert/ponytail (core `ponytail` skill only) to the web, cli and generic presets, and an AGENTS.md Simplicity line when it is installed. Existing configs keep their skill sources as written. Closes #5

dietrichgebert/ponytail(MIT, 77.7K installs on skills.sh) to every preset. Only the coreponytailskill is included.ponytail-reviewandponytail-auditoverlap with Matt Pocock'scode-review, andponytail-helpandponytail-gainare reference cards.aginit.config.jsonfiles are not migrated. They keep their sources as written, which matches how hand-edited skill lists are treated.Verified:
pnpm checkpasses (99 tests), andnpx skills add dietrichgebert/ponytail --skill ponytailinstalls into.agents/skills/ponytail.
